With its warm, inviting atmosphere and its delicious treats, it is no wonder Simit Sarayi has grown to become one of the most popular cafes in the world. The signature item of the bakery is the simit, which is a circular ring of dough that has been baked with sesame seeds.
The Mission

Redesigned Simit Sarayi, menu kept their existing logo intact, and created a completely new design that conveyed their brand and identity. In addition to giving their menus an extra burst of energy, we chose a bright, warm color palette to bring the dishes to life and a modern, accessible website that appeals to a wide audience.
